Start assessment →Rather than merging everything into one number, PICALLW produces a separate profile for IQ, General EQ or Workplace EQ, keeping the interpretation tied to what was actually assessed.
The result shows separate areas rather than only one overall impression.
The report clearly reflects the assessment depth you selected.
The result is presented as an orientation, not as a diagnosis or permanent label.
IQ primarily concerns performance on cognitive tasks such as reasoning, pattern recognition, attention and working memory. Emotional intelligence concerns abilities related to recognizing, understanding and regulating emotions and navigating relationships and social situations.
EI (Emotional Intelligence) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) are commonly used for emotional intelligence. PICALLW uses EQ. IQ and EQ are not opposites and are not combined into a single overall score.

Concentration, fatigue, interpretation of questions, experience, motivation and testing conditions can all influence the outcome. Cognitive and emotional assessments capture only part of human functioning.
A cognitive result does not fully represent creativity, knowledge, motivation, practical judgement or personality.
An EQ result is a structured view of responses to emotional and social situations, not a clinical assessment of personality or mental health.
IQ, General EQ and Workplace EQ are different domains and should not be directly converted into one another.
Entered information, responses and results may be stored to operate the system, monitor statistics and improve the assessments.
Start with Basic for a shorter overview or choose Extended for a more detailed assessment.
